These Vikalis ceramic mason jars can be used for multiple projects around the house not use the standard canister uses. Since there are 4 of us in my household, I chose to use mine as a cake in a cup treat for the family. I added all of the ingredients (except for the 3 that were liquid) into 4 small ziplock bags and placed each bag inside a jar. I then wrote the directions for the recipe onto each jar with colored chalk markers. These jars can withstand a temperature of -4 to 428 degrees F therefore they are dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator safe which makes them perfect for this cake in a mug idea. When done I just pop them in the dishwasher then prepare the ingredients for the next use.  This way my kids can come home from school and make it themselves without making a mess in the kitchen.   

 

They are 4.1 inches tall and each jar can hold up to 12 ounces. These jars are 100% BPA FREE making them a better choice for your health as well as the environment. This kit came with 1 piece of chalk for each jar however you can also use chalk markers on them as well.
